Restocking Fee:
(1) A 50% restocking fee will be charged on all custom orders that are returned. These fees apply unless the item is defective, damaged; or you received the wrong item.
(2) Shipping expenses will not be refunded on all custom orders. This applies to any custom order unless the item is defective, damaged; or you received the wrong item.
(3) If you are requesting to send an item back, please fill out an RMA/DDW form. (see RMA/DDW Form)

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item:
If claiming your item is defective or damaged please send documentation of the damaged item and fill out a RMA/DDW form. Documentation can be a digital photo of the defective or damaged items. Please contact the distributor that you placed the order through for assistance.

RMA/DDW Form:
To request a copy of the RMA/DDW form to be emailed to you please contact the distributor that you placed the order through. Any item shipped back with out approved RMA form attached to the shipment will not be accepted and a refund or replacement will not be issued.
